Criteria:
Ability to make cold calls, work independently and work as a
team member. Needs to be a self-starter and have strong organizational
skills. Professional ethics, tact and courtesy in dealing with customers,
vendors and branches. Excellent communication skills, analytic abilities,
and interpersonal skills. Basic PC skills: word, excel and
powerpoint.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC-R industry business experience with
emphasis in sales and marketing.
- Four year college degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
Make 40 sales calls per week.
Communicate with branch personnel, corporate staff and Regional
Directors as appropriate.
Complete required paperwork and reports in timely manner.
Assist customers with problem solving.
Support company direction and strategy.
Develop and follow a sales strategy for the assigned area.
Flexible with work day (ability to make early morning and late evening
appointments)
Responsible for achieving assigned sales and profitability targets.
Reports to the Regional Director. |
